Taishibrand rock wool adopts highquality natural basalt as the main raw material. The raw materials are melted in furnaces at temperatures above 1450℃. After adding curing agent and hydrophobic agent, the molten material is uniformly distributed by pendulumlaying process, and then cured in curing ovens to produce a full range of products including rock wool boards, rock wool blankets, rock wool strips and rock wool pipe shells.

Featuring long and thin fibers and low shot content, the products deliver outstanding thermalinsulation performance and are classified as ClassA noncombustible fireresistant thermalinsulation materials. Its selfdeveloped 50,000tonperyear production line was officially put into operation in 2013, filling a domestic market gap in China.

The company has obtained more than 20 provinciallevel promotion certificates for energysaving products in Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning and other regions, as well as filing certificates for major cities across provinces.
