Taishi Rock Wool Co., Ltd. is a rock wool manufacturer featuring large scale production capacity, high level technical equipment and outstanding comprehensive resource utilization, with an annual output of 160,000 tons of high quality rock wool products.
Headquartered at Dawenkou Industrial Park, Daiyue District, Tai’an City, Shandong Province, China, it enjoys a superior location and convenient transportation. Multiple production bases have been built in Qingdao (Shandong), Tai’an (Shandong), Tieling (Liaoning) and other locations.
Taishi brand rock wool adopts high quality natural basalt as the main raw material. The raw materials are melted in furnaces at temperatures above 1450℃. After adding curing agent and hydrophobic agent, the molten material is uniformly distributed by pendulum laying process, and then cured in curing ovens to produce a full range of products including rock wool boards, rock wool blankets, rock wool strips and rock wool pipe shells.
Featuring long and thin fibers and low shot content, the products deliver outstanding thermal insulation performance and are classified as Class A non combustible fire resistant thermal insulation materials. Its self developed 50,000 ton per year production line was officially put into operation in 2013, filling a domestic market gap in China.
The company has obtained more than 20 provincial level promotion certificates for energy saving products in Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning and other regions, as well as filing certificates for major cities across provinces. Taishi rock wool products are widely adopted in key projects covering construction, industry, petrochemicals, agriculture, electric power, shipbuilding and other sectors, truly realizing “energy saving and safety”.
