Rock Wool Strip Dedicated for External Wall Insulation Fire‑Stop Belt
Product Overview
Taishi rock wool strip dedicated to firestop belts for external wall thermal insulation is specially designed and manufactured to enhance the fireresistance performance of building external wall insulation systems. Matched with nonClassA insulation materials for external walls, it functions as a firestop belt to improve the overall fire safety of building facades. It features high compressive and tensile strength, low water absorption and moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability, no thermal expansion or contraction, and good aging resistance.

Wide Applications
- Used as firestop belts together with nonClassA insulation materials such as EPS boards and XPS boards to improve fire safety performance of external wall insulation systems.
- Applied in thinplaster external wall insulation systems. Fibers are oriented perpendicular to the base wall surface to boost the tensile and compressive capacity of the system.
- Serves as the core material for metal sandwich composite panels for sites with high requirements for fire resistance, waterproofing, thermal insulation and sound insulation.
Packaging & Storage
Rock wool strips are packed with pallets and plastic film, or bound by strapping for easy handling, transportation and storage. Products shall be stored indoors or covered with waterproof materials.
